The $1 move in special is a lie. I figured there were extra fees that would be involved, but the whole process was ridiculous. I rented my unit in 2010.  My unit started out at 79.80.  Then 2 months later went up to 81.00. Two months later $101.00.  I called them complaining about it going up then they dropped it back down to $81.00.  They said I was notified of the rate increase via post card.  I told them I hadn't been notified.  Finally in Oct 2011 it went up to $134.  I called and complained again.  They reduced it...
