So I contacted prudential about several of their properties. I was upfron with them and said "Hey I have a judgement 7 years ago" They said "No prob" They charge $100 app fee when others charge $25. I was asked to submit an app before I was able to see the home. I insisted on seeing the home first which took another 3 days for them to set up. After seeing the home I re confirmed that my judgment was not an issue again being told I was fine. I dropped off my app on Monday. I called Wed to see what the decision was after being told it would only take 24-48 hours tops. No one returned my calls. I called again Thursday and finally was told that "the Chesapeake office had my app but I could call the Hampton office" I called Hamptons office and was told "He was out at another office but would call me when he got back" At 330 he called to say he had just looked at my app and due to my judgement I should save my $100 and not even apply. I said WHAT!!!!! I already applied on Monday!!!! Apparently not..... 2 weeks wasted pursuing a home and they never even processed my application. I would never refer this company to ANYONE. Completely unprofessional and as far as I can tell complete liars.
