Terrible from the corporate top on down to the care givers. If I could give it less than one star that wouldn't even describe how awful the place is.
This place has really suffered under the current director. Alot of the good staff have been very unhappy and have found new employment. The director nor the administrators above him do nothing to work with families to resolve complaints. This has resulted in many families moving their loved one elsewhere because the care is unsafe. We have experienced several med errors over the past few months...
Under staffed. Care providers lack common sense and knowledge of dementia resident needs. Administration is fully capable of making things "look" real good but upon investigation or questioning he lies right to your face. Stated resident to staff ratio of 1 to 4 is a lie for most parts of the day. Little regard for resident safety or well- being. One activity staff person is excellent.
