Best salad and pizza ! I went regularly while assigned to a job in Boulder, CO, during September and October 2015 and loved sitting outdoors and enjoying the food. I also really liked the Italian soda. Will visit again when i return to Colorado!

Atmosphere lacking, expensive average pizza

We met up with friends for dinner at Protos per their request. Many people rave about this pizza but we always find it average at best. We ordered two pizzas and they tasted the same, bland. Beer is outrageously expensive considering the restaurant type. I wouldn't opt to go here again.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. Love the 'hawaiian pizza'. Good salads and good selection of beer and wine and more. We eat here often and it's our first choice for pizza in town.

We ordered several varieties. The order was ready quickly and staff was nice. The very thin crust was good but the toppings all tasted the same. I just wouldn't rush out to get this pizza again.

My husband & I love pizza! So when we moved into our new home 8 years ago, we found Proto's close by. We have been there many times over the last 8 years and have never had a bad experience. We go for special dates, when our parents visit town, or just for Friday night pizza night!
