Prospect Management staff and managers never return phone calls, do not satisfy terms of our lease, never reply to phone messages. This happens many, many days without answer/reply.
PMCWI claims to offer we access for clients to check their account status and the option to set up online payments. It recommends using one's email address for the user name.When I attempted to register, I entered my main email address, the same one that I use for corresponding with the company. They denied my registration, claiming the email address I am using for myself is not valid.
The company gave each condo owner one coupon for monthly fee payment and advised to request more if one wanted to continue paying by that method. I requested a coupon book which had not arrived when the date for the next payment was due.Employee told me the address so I could send in without the coupon and put my account number on the memo portion of the check for proper credit. Now she claims...
DO NOT RENT a property they manage. Nothing gets fixed, no one seems to know what's going on, complaints do not get responded to. Our place seemed nice when we saw it but who knew that the water would turn on and off and that the heat bangs incessantly all winter. We have repairs needed that haven't been addressed the entire time we've lived here. And yet the rent is raised every year and they expect you to have a 24 open house when you move out. They might be great for condos but my suspicion is that they are too busy with those properties to manage their rental units effectively. ...
Apparently I have wasted my time studying statutes, landlord tenant law...there seems to be nobody enforcing landlords and property managers anyway. My 21 year old daughter responded to a roommate ad on craigslist 2 months ago and made arrangements to look at it. She loved what she saw, the kids (roomies) seemed nice, and finally(!) a price she could afford. It was a tiny, dirty little room...
