Timely and efficient
He was on time and knowledgable about gas/propane issues. Which was hard to find.
I found Marcus Nolden of Project Trade Services to be professional, courteous, and accommodating to my needs/wishes. The work went smoothly despite the weather and timelines were met. Work is great ... I plan to ask Marcus to look at some other projects I have in mind.
The job was completed and I have had no difficulty since repairs were made. HOWEVER -- In the back of my mind I feel as if I may have been sold a bill of goods on what was necessary. (I.e., replace the faucet instead of repair it; replace the toilet instead of repair it; etc.) But -- the work was done well and the response time was excellent.
Marcus is the best. He is responsive, timely and very fair in his pricing. Our pilot light had gone out, we called Marcus, he was there in a couple of hours, all on a Friday evening. He is fantastic. This past summer he fixed our AC. We are no longer in the market for an HVAC specialist.
