I called to make an apt a few days ago. I call to confirm she returns my call at 10 pm to say they can't get in touch with the braider and to small before my apt. I text to see if they are going to show up for my apt and she tells me no. Like wtf am I suppose to do now. I can see if my apt was last minute but it was made well in advance

This was the worse experience i have ever had getting my hair done. The stylist was 45 minutes late, we had to take a break so she could pick up her kids from somewhere. I understand that, but there was someone else there that told her after she came back that she could have gotten them or continued to work on my hair while she was gone, but no, I was sitting there for at least 30 minutes...

Unprofessional, they do what they want to your hair vs the PICTURE that is shown. Save your edges and your money!!!

The braiders are very unprofessional. They take their time when preparing to do your hair. No customer service at all!

1st time I went they were in Jessup and the service was good. When i went back with them in GB the stylist was 3hrs late and only wanted to give me $10 off my hair then tried to convince me to get something diff bcuz it was faster. The braids were good but the customer service sucked
