Let me introduce myself, my name is Charles H. Young III, however I go by Chad. I am the sales, service & installation of our business.
My wife Faith answers the phones, while also taking care of our 2 children ages 8 & 6. She home schools them so don't be surprised if you hear kids in the background or a TV.

Just a little background about myself:
I had the privilege of working for a small family owned alarm company. We went to church together and I was taught to take pride in my work. We volunteered to put fire alarms and security systems in churches through out Tennessee. This was valuable to me in so many ways one of which was the experience. Adding to that experience I was able to work on everything from a modest home to multimillion dollar homes. Also from a small business to Industrial applications. Soon I learned that if I apprenticed for 5 years I could get my own license. So May of 2000 I earned my license Tn #0791. Which actually is 3 licenses (Burglar alarms, CCTV (Camera systems) and Fire alarms. Since then I have been subcontracting from larger companies. Through out the years I have picked up a few clients of my own. However I want to go a new direction and really build my own clientele. So hear I am putting the word out I want to work for you and have a lasting relationship with you and your family.
