I had been going to one of the Tech's for years. I just recently stop going because she had gotten to the point of hurting my nails so bad I couldn't stand it. The would itch and hurt for 3 or 4 days. Then she has the nerve to say its because of my nails being thin!!!Duh!!! You made then very thin by drilling them to death...

She would constantly get up if a customer would come in the door for eyebrow...she first started to ask and I would say it was okay, for the first two times, then she got to the point of just hopping up and doing other's eyebrows without asking me at all.

Went in for a manicure, and the lady used a drill on my natural nails, which I am still growing out after four months. It looks like I had acrylics on my nails, and I continually receive comments on the condition of my nials, which used to be lovely. The lady also left before I was even done.

(THIS IS AN UPDATE, 2-28-08) I had been going for over 10 years at this location. I had tried other nail salons in Raleigh but I kept coming back to Pro-Nails on Atlantic and Millbrook. They offer waxing services, acrylic, natural, and alot of other services as well. The prices are competitive and they accept any valid coupon offered by their competition.
