Unfortunately, our experience was negative. They showed up 5 hours late do clean our tile and carpets, did not bring a vacuum for the carpet, suction on the hose was minimal (the workman's statement), did not use the "good cleaner" because it hurt their hands, did not get within 2 inches of the wall on the tile (ring around the kitchen). These people seemed very nice at first, and very eager to do the job. However, it tookk two weeks and three calls for them to get back to me, then they said they'd call me back and never did. Maybe I just fell through the cracks, but I found them very disappointing.
