The company had a very timely response with getting us an estimate and installing the unit. Two years after installation, the unit wouldn't work. Again, we had a very quick response to our request for service, but no satisfaction when we asked for a review and adjustment on our bill for for a unit still under warranty. There was no attempt to satisfy this customer.
