He said he would be able to show me a sample of how my copy would turn out and in NO way suggested that I would be paying for and when I decided that their printing was not what I was looking for, he charged me for "opening the file". What a jerk. For how c@!%!y their office looks, they should not be treating their customers that way. Steer clear.
-Treated with bad customer service, impolite, worked "against me" no "with me," did not offer advice or insight and had to struggle to get answers on price ratios and service details
-Was told retrieve my items at a time they were closed, they eventually lied and said they waited for me to arrive for pick-up ( although I am positive I came prior to the time he said he waited until)
-Manager tried to refuse my use of mastercard/visa card or any charge/debit card with my final purchase!! -even though it directly states on multiple signs that there is a $10.00 minimum, and my total was was over that!.. I refuse to have managers personally change rules like that which would cause me an extra charge to get cash out of an atm and make the extra unnecessary trip on a personal biased basis.
-Also made me show two forms of id with picture, ridiculous- this is not a required and I was singled out and treated poorly
upon the confrontation. Never once did he apologize for the erratic and tactless service.
DO NOT GO TO PRINTWORLD !
WAYYYYYYYYY OVERPRICED. -outrageous quotes.
RUDE, UNGENUINE PEOPLE.
An uninviting atmosphere.
Check out Digi-copy, a quick bus ride but much cheaper and better service. There is one right one Wisc Ave. near US Bank (opens early at 7:00! and closes at 10:00 pm)..along with another store in the 3rd Ward.
Save yourself the hassle and money.
I have worked 4 years in customer service, and I'll tell you this place does not know such thing exists.
