Help us make it rightI placed an order for a large number of items and paid the required deposit.Pam ordered the wrong items. She refused to correct the issue because she would lose money( her words). Then she said she would find a way to fix the situation and for me to give her until after the holidays. So after four weeks she had her daughter call to say everything was fixed. I went to get my items and they were the same ones! She refused to fix the problem and when I said I would not pay... She said I already charged your visa from the deposit. I called my credit card and sure enough she did! Avoid this "business" she is nice up front and promises the world but she will screw up your order and you will pay!
