Was refused service due to a billing error on their behalf. Staff was rude. Dr. Robichaud is a great doctor....just waiting for the day she leaves Sentara group for someone who cares about their patients. I understand they are their to make money but is it worth it to lose 3 patients you have had for 20 plus years over a $100 billing error?

i have been going to this practice for over 30 years and in good health most of the time and have not been in for around 3 years. i got sick this past week and called in to be seen and found out i am no longer a patient of this practice. i am considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients. this has put such a sour taste in my mouth, i will never go back and never recommend any one to this practice.
