make sure you check the paper work some things are not as advertised bought my truck from out of town guess they figured they would never hear from me again. When a called to complain about a service agreement that they sold me that was misrepresented I was more or less called a cry baby. and eventually promised a refund that I have yet to receive a month later.

F or over a month now the Service department has my 2011 Ram 1500, which I bought from them less then a year ago, for an engine replacement which is covered under warranty. Had one of the best car-buying experiences here today. Hank Robinson took care of us from beginning to end. He was very knowledgable about the Jeep we purchased and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Manager Joe M. was also a huge help and treated us like family. Will definitely be back when we need another vehicle!
