I just used Primary Residential Mortgage to get a home mortgage. Even though we are in Richmond, and they are in Virginia Beach, we received top-knotch service. They hired a firm in Richmond to do the closing. They were very professional and everything was in order. I was very impressed with their service, attention to detail, and quick turn-around.
