Today 4/2/2014 7:44pm My daughter & myself went to buy a tub wall the young man gave us the one we wanted from behind the doors. I am 61 year-old he did not offer to take it to cashier I found a dollie and carried to the check out counter the cashier had a patch on her eye said ill be right back she left me standing at register for at least 20 minutes I finally went to returns cashier to cash...

Me being a customer, rather go to Home Pride, they always have what i need & good prices. Me reading the other comment of the lady, is very disappointed....

We found a product on Pride Home Center's website and called to see if they had it in stock. We were told that they had 5 in stock so I drove all the way...

One of the managers, Lisa, was extremely rude We are one of the sub-contractors on a City of Amarillo multi million dollar project and would have referred others to this store but will now stear others away. Huge, huge mistake Lisa---you need to learn some manners !
