I am very pleased with the work of the technician. The home warranty company originally selected another AC company, and I specifically requested Pride based on past service. The technician trouble shot the problem, was efficient, and was determined to find the problem. The one area that could be addressed is that I requested a call when the technician was on his way, and did not get notified...

My air conditioner went out and the technician came on a Sunday to work with me to patch it immediately until we would find a long term fix.

Receptionist I spoke to was courteous and professional. It was easy to set up the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.
