Took my Toro mower in as the self propel feature was not working well. They adjusted a cable at no charge and loaded it in the back of my car. I will buy my next mower there as Lowes and Home Depot do not service what they sell.

I called ahead and told them what the problem was and that my mower was under warranty they said the problem might not be covered...I said ok...they said to bring it in. AFTER I loaded up the mower AND unloaded it at their shop they informed me although they are listed as a factory authorized Lawn-Boy service Center they refused to work on my under warranty lawn mower because I didn't buy it...
