Todd came here the night we called. He had a full schedule, but arrived at 7pm and got the hot water working again. It was complicated due to an unknown electrical outage and involved lots of time in a crawlspace, finding alternative ways to get power, and then fix the unit so it would not blow the fuse. He got it going by 9pm, then arranged to come back in daylight and do aditional work. ...

Cory was professional in his estimate and work. He clearly explained the problem and what was necessary to correct it. He and the other workers worked tirelessly into the night under cold and muddy conditions to complete the job. Will use in any future work.
