I called this company because I needed a part (hose) for my pressure washer. The hose on my washer is split and needs replaced. The guy who answered the phone was very difficult and wouldn't go to ANY lengths to identify my hose other than to tell me to haul my pressure washer to their store in Virginia Beach. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Store has everything you need to clean and stain your deck. I drive from Yorktown to purchase my supplies and they always ready to answer any questions in person or over the phone. The service was superb, could not have been any better. Guys in shop are great! Very knowledgable and helpful. Had problem with pressure system staff brought me out back and immediately fix the problem. No need to go anywhere else thy have it all and do it all. Thanks guys.
