"Worst company I ever dealt with. Purchased a deal with Eversave for 900 Sq feet of cleaning ($99 value). Then I paid $25 for an upgrade. The owner refused to write me a receipt for the work they did. Only a receip for $25. My landlord needed a receipt to prove I got my carpets cleaned when I moved out. Go some where else We will not buy anything from the Casa Grande Lowe's even if it is the last store on earth. Their employees do not care and are not willing to help. We spent $1200 on a dishwasher and microwave. The microwave needed a micro-hood transistor, they said they don't carry that, then why sell the microwave? I own several rental properties, and this fall one of themwas abandoned- in a total mess... I thought i was going to have to go through and replace the carpet, but when I talked to Lorraine, she suggested i try rejuvination, said we might be able to save the carpet, and it worked! saved me about $800!

I'm not sure why I'm seeing all these negative reviews.... I've been a loyal customer of Premium for 10 years, and I'll never use another company! I have my carpet cleaned about every 6 months or so, and they have always done a bang-up job! keep it up, guys!
