They were hired to paint a 2 floor office. They did not look at the entire scope of work provided to them before they submitted a quote. That quote outbid every other painter we propositioned....

I would even rate premiere painting higher (a) but there are
Some pending issues yet to be resolved:

- clean-up of discarded woodwork

- refit gutter down-pipe

- small patches (less than a few square feet) require another coat of
Paint
