After reviewing the reviews on this site, I decided to call Mark to inspect and pump my septic tank. I am happy I did. Mark quoted me a price and worked me into his schedule for today. Mark stayed in contact with me and arrived today as planned. We were having major issues and needed to have the tank pumped - the owner of Premier came out and totally went above and beyond just pumping the tank. Great company and very generous!! If you need your septic pumped Premier Septic is the only place I will call from now on and I recommend them highly for anyone else needing septic services. A++++++++++++

Received notice in mail on Wednesday from Hanover County regarding scheduled maintenance for septic tank. I contacted Mark on Wednesday evening and scheduled service for Friday. Mark arrived at scheduled time and promptly completed service in a timely and professional fashion. Price was extremely competitive and lower than I expected. I highly recommend Mark and Premier Septic Service.

Good friendly service. Fair price for distance traveled. Mark's friend Jay helped us out a lot too. My system was in bad shape, but they got it going 100%.
