Premier Pigments

My last couple of orders were a disaster (I did the pigment exchange).  Wrong products were sent, pigments were sent near expiration date, even though Sujay promised me she would ensure a 2 year shelf life.  I am still trying to get a credit from Premier for a return.  They will neither respond to my voice mails nor emails. I have left messages with at least 3 customer service reps, several...
