Best Custom Modular home builder on the East Coast, literally has the cleanest homes per square foot price we have found and we shopped for 2 years, the office and company seems to be rooted for 8 plus years now and local building authorities had suggested Premier Modular, thus Premier will be our choice for 2nd vacation home.

My modular came out great with Premier, and I would reccomend them to anyone trying to do a beach house for a great square footage price. Reviewer below sounds whiny and according to Ron from Premier, she had upgraded the garage door from original contract and wasn't willing to pay, somehow still felt slighted.

Ron is a builder who stands behind his word, full of knowledge of building and lot development, and has completed 45 plus waterfront and mainland homes. As honest as they come with great relations with each township municipality and zoning/code officers.

Beautiful homes in my Beach Haven West neighborhood and also watching a magnificent Long Beach Island home on Division Street, Surf City. Beautiful Vinyl Cedar exteriors and maintenence free railings from what we have seen from the street. From what my wife and I are told, Premier is a stand up genuine builder, always backing his word and work when snags arise.
