ABD is a great school I've been to several martial arts academies and ABD is by far the best yet. My daughter has been a student there sinse dec 2010 and loves it. I enjoy the school somuch I decided to sign myself up for the adult classes. Thanx Mr. T and staff!!

ABD is excellent! The instructors are so great with the children teaching them both karate and life skills. Each class is full of positive energy and excitement. My daughter has really enjoyed learning the moves and has gained such confidence.

The staff is top notch, both in their professionalism and their knowledge of martial arts. This school teaches not only martial arts, but personal development. The benefits I am getting as an adult in this program are immeasurable, and my children will absolutely be in this martial arts program as well. A special thanks to Mr. T and Mr. Bullock for making ABD such an amazing place!

ABD is one of the best karate schools I've ever seen. It is clean, the staff is professional and courteous. They are excellent with children. They teach morals and respect to be applied both at home and school.
