This company sorely lacks a commitment to superior Customer Service. Absolutely no desire to make a customer "whole". We will never do business with them again. My granddaughter picks up her glasses on Monday, the frame breaks Thursday in school, and they won't do anything about it, All they do "is place the order". So sad, they cut the frame down because it did not properly fit my...
