This is the worst business I ever saw. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The wait time is ridiculous--both to see someone and to check out. The people who work there don't know what they are talking about. I paid for a contact lens fitting and they refused to give me my prescription. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Using Frames Not Purchased at Their Location

Due to the fact that my prescription is costly and I have no insurance I had to use frames I owned rather than purchasing new ones. I had them checked at PEC and was told the frames were fine. Within a week of getting my frames and lens back from PEC the lens literally fell out of the right side. It took me a frwbdays to get back to PEC because I do not drive. I explained what had happened...
