The blonde lady at the front making the sandwiches in her 40s was VERY rude and embarrassed me. And I asked her a question and I got a SUPER rude remark. I absolutely love Pot Belly's and I come here a lot, and after today this will be my last visit. ALSO there was a long hair in my chocolate chunk cookie. I am appalled and cannot believe this experience I just had.

The website is incorrect/misleading. It says delivery, however, you find out when you call that it is only during lunch or for catering. Website also gave delivery zone which we were inside of. Went ahead and ordered and picked it up. They forgot to include my soup! Ugh. The 2 star rating is because the food is good.
