Potbelly Sandwich Shop

What a huge disappointment, was looking forward to trying this place out. Long line at lunch, they attempted to ease the wait by initiating your order on a tablet in line. However after that the line moved painfully slow. Staff were obviously unhappy, no outwardly show of emotion except for frowning and short interaction with customers. Slow service I can deal with, this place was DIRTY!

No clean tables and a very disinterested counter staff. Sandwiches were just OK, but not many options for kids. Shake was good and offering malts is a plus.

Fast and Friendly. I love when the folks behind the counter are energetic and playful. I will buy up the place when I get a friendly server who smiles, jokes around, and makes suggestions. "Sure I'll have that too," I say while I'm laughing and joking along. I restrained myself pretty well this time by ordering only the Skinny Mushroom Melt and a cup of vegetable soup. Enjoyed Potbelly because it was convenient and the food was awesome, but would this Potbelly to serve breakfast there due to residents, workers, and hotel guests. Thank you so much.
