I made an appointment and was on time. After almost an hour of waiting with a 2yr who was getting irritable I went to the desk to ask how much longer we had to wait. The girl proceeded to tell me she didnt know. I inquired why they bother to take appointments. She asked me what I expected to happen on a holiday. I left and will not return. Hope keeping all those $9.95 appointment s was worth missing out on the money we were going to lay down for pix!!!

It's great that all the picture can be brought home on the same day. The quality of the pictures is also good. However, our photographer was not that patient.
