With over twenty years experience in the restaurants industry, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen made a name for itself as a New Orleans based fastfood restaurant. The food is great but the service can be slow, they never seem to have enough chicken ready and we are always waiting for them to cook it, at least that means it is fresh and hot though.
If you want a taste of Louisiana, you can't go wrong when you stop by a local Popeye's Louisiana restaurant.
I tried their latest- Ghost pepper Chicken wings and they were wonderful.
You always have to wait, it seems , but it is worth it and so soo good!
Best fried chicken you can get north of the Carolina state line. Always fresh, hot, and crispy! I like it mild, which is almost like my mama makes it down south in Georgia. Family and grandkids always eager to come to eat with us when we bring some home.

So we are heading out of Virginia Beach on Tuesday 22 Aug @ 4:15pm we stop here for what Popeye's has become familiar with. Good food.
This was better than that. The young lady working the counter walked use through choices which included the Monday through Wednesday special, prices and product included. She was fantastic.
