The chicken is always hot/fresh when I eat here of course it is lunch time but I have never been disappointed and my expectations met.

Out of all the Popeye's I have visited in the Hampton Roads this one is the absolute best by far. They are always quick and very very surprisingly friendly. This is a huge plus considering the length of time I have to wait everytime I visit another location and the extremely poor service I get from the ill manored …
