I have used this tree service in the past and have been fairly satisfied with their service, until this most recent storm. $150 to pull a branch off of my single story roof, cut it up and leave at the curb I think is price gouging. Not only will I not use them again, I will tell any one who asks to check Home Advisor instead.

I called Poor Folks after hearing good reviews and seeing their trucks a couple blocks from my street doing work. They came quickly to do the estimate which was reasonable to remove limbs off the roof of our house. They said they would come the next week. Nothing.
