RUDEST PEOPLE IN TOWN

I called and wanted to speak to a manager about a complaint with something that was broken on my jewelry. I just wanted to ask how it happen and if they could fix because it broke while they had it. I was told before I got done speaking that the manager was not in and then promptly hung up on. Needless to say my grandmothers broche is destroyed and instead of saving the piece of gold that broke off and the small amount of diamonds that are lost they said it wasnt them and now It cannot be replaced.

I have been a patron of this establishment for over twenty years. The employees are great. The pawn shop has a very large variety of merchandise and the prices are fantastic. A great adventure each time.
