This property maintains their units very poorly. They have very old carpets, bathrooms and appliances, which often contributed to extremely high utilities. The maintenance does not respond to request within a respectable amount of time. There were several occasions where our air conditioning stopped working and we were told things like: “ You are on the second floor and heat rises”. “ You have the room temperature set to low for this time of year”. There was also an occasion where the electric bill was three times the normal price because of a continuously running broken air conditioning unit. When I finally moved out of this unit, they charged my roommates and I for the replacement of carpet that I know for a fact was more than 7 or 8 years old. These are only a few of the horrendous failures of Polizos Properties.
