I changed to three because the manager was understanding and gave me a full refund. She did offer a re-clean, but I didn't have time for them to come again. They did at least leave the house...

Very disappointed! Did a terrible job on our first cleaning with a thick film on the hardwood floors. Called back to fix the job and further damaged the finish! Not worth the price. Beware!!!! Waiting to hear if they will compensate for the damage!
