This has been the doctor’s office from Hell.  I have never been to an office in which the doctor offers to have patients pay cash instead of using insurance for discounts and then screws them over when they use the insurance they pay for.  In 2013, I went to this office to have an exam and order shoe supports.  I was told the cost was $300 if I used insurance and $250 if I paid cash.  This...
