This area is wack! The place is so unsafe. All these people smoke cracks and make noise on the streets. The parking has no light at night. All these young crack heads always gather around the hall way to smoke Mostly, these people are not even living in this complex. Where are the security that we paid for with this expensive rent? So ridiculous!

Title says it all - do not come here with little children and do not go out after dark if you are dumb enough to sign a lease. This place attracts the worst of thugs and delinquent teens with its own row of projects down Daytona street. I have lived here for 8 months. I have a 2 br on the Palm Beach St. It is the only street in the complex where it is worth living. The maintenance was good and it is very clean and is not noisy. I never had any problems of any kind.
