Terrible service!! The nurse practitioner was really rude. I went Friday on my lunch break and was late to work because they were so slow. Don't bother calling to make an appointment because you'll still wait forever. I will never go here again.
On June 21, 2010 I waited for over an hour at the Planned Parenthood in Garland on Centerville Road to be denied the prescription I've had for over 10 years, the doctor didn't even get to the exam (pap smear). Basically, I filled out the required health forms and checked the box that says I have migraines. When the doctor finally came in to see me (after I'd been there for an hour and a half...
The lady at the garland office is great and the staff good too if u don't have ins. Its cheapest way to go. They also have way to apply for free health benifits to those with low incomes.

I admitted to having migraines (as in- yes, I've had migraines before. I don't remember when the last one was, it's not a chronic condition) and was told that it's their policy not to prescribe Estrogen of any kind to people...
