They're customer service is still lacking. It took over 20 minutes to get a personal pan pizza and then it was made wrong. I ordered mushrooms and got pepperoni

Taste was delicious. Service is often lacking as far as Excellence is concerned but this is by far my favorite pizza in the Roanoke Rapids area.

I didn't actually eat here but the group that I was with had a get together and the staff was really good. They handled a big crowd without any frustrations. I was really impressed by the hospitality of the staff.
