We ordered online. We didn't want our pizza cut but they cut it so my husband told them we didn't want it cut so she said she was sorry and she will make another one. So we had to wait 10 more...

Delivery is horrible. Mistakes in orders. Unreasonable delays. One hour estimate turned into a 2 1/2 hour wait. It's fine if you pick up.
