My family and i went dined at this location and we placed our order and waited an hour for our food. But we did not get our order until we reminded the staff. Their reply for the long wait was "we forgot to put your pizzas in the oven". We had to wait an additonal 30 minutes for the order, but they did give us a 10% for the long wait.
