No one noticed our party of four waiting to be seated. Once we ordered the buffet there were no I plates for almost ten minutes the breadsticks were burnt on top the pizza was soggy with butter and the floor was dirty. Probably the worst pizza hut I have ever been into

They refuse to staff more than one person to wait on the dining area. Even if you're the only family in the dining area, be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour, and most likely for your order to be messed up. The last 7 or 8 times my family has been there have been a disaster. They always have a sign saying they're hiring drivers only, but they need more than one waitress. And the...

Wasn't going to give them any stars but they make you. :-( Service is getting worse and worse since Ms Julia passed. Tonight we had ordered one of the specials. The boneless wings were DRY AND COLD and our bread sticks- well lets say Cinn, garlic bread sticks.
