2 hours for delivery 6 minutes away. Not the first time either... Everytime. It's frozen pizza. Just heat it up and send it out. Every Pizza Hut I've ever been at is ready in 15 minutes. If it's that crazy hire more people. Simple math.

I paid online with a credit card the driver came and did not want to give me my order and said i had to pay cash when the receipt said Credit card. He left without giving me my order and i had to call the store and it was just horrible customer service. I will never order from there again
