When I first saw the completed work I felt it was done, upon further inspection I realized the cut pieces from the shrubs were just left in place to die, something I need to clean up. I paid Pinnacle (Charlie) $450 to remove poison ivy. He and an assistant removed quite a bit, and sprayed the rest. After the chemical took effect, it was apparent they missed a main root and other plants, so I contacted Charlie. He set a date to return to finish the job, but did not show or contact me. I contacted him on 3 more occasions over the summer, with the exact result...no show....

Contractor showed up on time and completed all tasks but one as agreed upon. Agreed to come back and complete outstanding task. Clean up could have been a little more thorough but overall very good job for a fair price.
