Help us make it rightI was excited to go shopping for my sister's bachelorette party yesterday; however, I was immediately greeted with a huge sign on the door to "finish all cell phone conversations before entering store". I did end my call but also upon entering made a comment to the salesperson in the store (very young, immature salesperson-a loose interpretation of salesperson) that I didn't understand the cell phone policy and why was it in place. Her mumbled, shrugged shoulder response was "it just is". Her attitude caused me to about face to leave; however, the owner comes flying from the back to state "because it's just rude and I don't do it in my house and this store is my house"! Silly me, I thought she was coming to correct her incompetent salesperson's attitude and perhaps to save a customer. Definitely not...she continued on her rant that it was her store and her right to not allow cell phones. I promptly advised that get my items elsewhere and I would be reviewing her rude and borderline prejudice behavior online...she states that no one will care. I will tell everyone I know of her behavior and policy and to boycott this cheap imitation of an adult novelty store! Did you ever think that maybe people would need to conference with others on items that they were buying...especially when coordinating a bachelorette party. I understand not holding up checkout lines gabbing on the phone; but this is ridiculous...you're not a library and I know you would not try this gimmick in an upscale affluent neighborhood...but wait that's why you're here. They won't have you. Please don't waste a trip here since your patronage is not valued anyway.

Well I must start by saying I had a totally different experience than the other two reviewers. I don't think it's the best adult store I've ever been in as far as section and quality but I've never…
Be prepared to be ambushed by badly trained teenage staff for your id before you even enter the store. Will not ever be going back again.
