The staff have no concept of what appropriate and professional customer service entails. They routinely miss deadlines, display indifference towards their own schedules, and are very unprofessional in their retrieving of animals...dogs especially. My 6-month pregnant wife retrieved two dogs and a cat from a weekend boarding. She specifically asked to have the dogs brought out one-by-one so that she could sufficiently handle them back to the car. They agreed. Five minutes later, they brought out all three animals simultaneously and didn't even offer to help my wife deliver them to the vehicle. In the process, her debit card was lost (by the staff) and again they showed indifference to entire situation. So, after it was all said and done, we paid $340.00 to have an upset wife (which honestly is difficult to do), a lost debit card, two overly-excited dogs, and a freaked out cat. Michael Vick wouldn't even trust his dogs to these amateurs.
Very caring group. You don't feel rushed, they listen to what you say and explain their thoughts regarding treatment.
Pine Meadow has the best all around staff, the compassion and the care the give is remarkable. They have taken care of my dog from a puppy until she passed away (14 yrs). They put her down for me with dignity and great respect so I could bury her. I now have a new puppy and we are back at Pine Meadow for the best care a pet can have.
I've been coming here since moving to the area five years ago and was so worried I wouldn't find a vet that compared to my previous one -- and then I stepped into Pine Meadow.These people are amazing. Kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Love,

The most amazing and caring doctors and staff!! Our two boys Brubeck and Desmond are anxious to go to "school" (Day Care) every day. They love everyone at Pine Meadow...and so do we! We've been clients there for almost 30 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Many, many cats have been and now our current three sweet "children" - two dogs and one cat - are cared for and loved by these...
Wonderful Hospital, I have moved back and forth from Virginia over the past 8 years and no one has ever matched up to this vet office. I always return here. Staff and prices are great. To be honest the staff is so wonderful I wouldn't even care if they were expensive.
