There was plenty of parking and I was right on the beach close to downtown\n\nThere are only two floors to this hotel and unfortunately they only had a room on the bottom floor there was a bus full of teenagers that came and they kept me up all night long. my room had a view of the parking lot not the ocean average at best

Stayed here out of season but the welcome couldn't have been warmer. Family room very spacious for us plus 2 teenagers, uninterrupted sea view great to wake up to.

Rooms were clean enough on arrival but not cleaned during stay. Front desk staff was actually kind of rude on checkout, didn't run the correct credit cards, gave attitude when receipts were requested. Coffee was not potable, and I have pretty low standards. Probably nicer in summer.
Here are the positives first. This hotel has a great location directly on the beach. The front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean and continued to be cleaned well over the course of the week I stayed. Price was one of the lowest in Plymouth.
